Our Organization (or lack of one):
We have been together as a church since January of 2001. There are about 20 of us who meet regularly. We do not have a membership roll, as such. (You cannot join the church of the Lord Jesus Christ; you must be born into it.) (John 3:3) We have no business meetings and have no committees. We have never voted on anything. We believe in the scriptural concept of elder rule. When we need to make a decision about something effecting the life and ministry of the church the men meet and discuss the issue until they reach a consensus about it. Other, less important matters, are handled the same way, the people involved forming the discussion group, often including the entire church.
